USE A BLENDER or JUICER TO MAKE DRINKS or AVOCADO SALAD DRESSING. HAVE FUN, WEAR A SILLY HAT!

*RECIPE – AVOCADO SALAD DRESSING*

1- AVOCADO

1/4 CUP CILANTRO

JUICE FROM 1 LIME ( NO SEEDS )

1 GREEN ONION ( SPRING ONION)

1 CLOVE GARLIC ( OR NOT, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT )

1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE or PLAIN YOGURT

1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL

SALT & PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE

DIRECTIONS: PIT THE AVOCADO & SCOOP OUT THE MEAT. PEEL THE GARLIC. SQUEEZE THE JUICE FROM THE LIME. PUT THE JUICE, AVOCADO MEAT, GARLIC AND ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER. WHIP UNTIL SMOOTH. ENJOY!
